Various chemicals used in coloring, straightening etc causes damage to hair which results in hair fall. If these things are done two often, it weakens and breaks the hair. If two kinds of procedures are done on the same day, for example one after another like if bleach is applied to previously bleach hair can cause irreparable damage to your hair.
Hairstyles like ponytails, braids, and cornrows harshly pull the hair and many elastic bands and ribbons used to tie the hair cause damage to hair. Avoid using such tight elastic bands and ribbons regularly.
